After a lengthy part number search for carburetor part number 697978(Obsoleted OEM) and no obvious recommended replacements, I accidently found a web message board that stated B&S 591378 carb was a sustitute replacement. I ordered the 591378 part. When it arrived, the B&S part number stamped on the box was 591378, but the number physically stamped on the carb was 793779. I tried to find a reference online to the new number, but unsuccessful. The physical appearance of the two carbs was the same. I decided to take a chance and installed the new carb, started the engine on the first pull and ran great! Bottom line, need to add 793779 and 697978 to the following stated list of "Carburetor Replaces" for this model....796321, 696132, 696133, 796322, 699958, 697351, 699966, 698455, 695918, 694952, 695919, 695330, 796323, 695920, 695328.
