It arrived with instructions to install on cement only !! We contacted the seller and confirmed it could be installed on wood. Easy,
two person installation in about an hour. Looks and operates like the Sunsetter but, unlike the more expensive brand, it has plastic parts. Hope they last because the awning is great - perfect color for us and it is easy to open and close. Priced right, shipped fast!
