I received the kit and was dismayed at the quality of the hinge and lock hardware. When I got the kit, I discovered that the hinge posts are not included...not a big deal so I bought them from a local supplier. Attempting to find a source for the missing item(s) through their website is impossible. The kit itself was as described but the gate hinge and lock hardware was quite cheesy.

The hinge posts I purchased don't fit the included hardware because of poor manufacturing (the holes aren't even round). This required a purchase of a hinge kit so I can swing the gate. The gate lock's attachments don't fit my 2" poles either...quite a disappointment.

All in all, I like the product but the quality of the accompanying hardware leaves a lot to be desired.
