Large, well-made warming pad for rooting cuttings as sold by Bulk Hydro. Both mat and vendor 5-star.

Pros:
Fast, efficient delivery in good condition. (Pleased with Bulk Hydro as vendor. They did a separate follow-up to check on my satisfaction with the product.)
The Hydrofarm mat, large 20x48, fit well in the frame I am using for rooting European grape cuttings.
The product is a flat, fairly thick, rubber mat with an embedded heating element. It does come rolled up but I just rolled it out on the game table, let the edges hang over the side and put some weight on ends to bend them and flatten the mat.
Though we have had an unusually cold spring, the mat is presently in use and providing effective warming (worked well keeping Monarch Manufacturing 's planting sleeves above freezing at sub-freezing temps).
I was concerned that there might be some rubbery smell, but I have not noticed any.

No cons, but a caution
Not a "con" but an advisory, this is a "warming" pad and it is an electrical device. It provides about 10-20 degrees of additional heat depending on insulation. I have mat positioned so that water runs off into a sump so it is neither covered with, nor laying in, water.

As with any electrical appliance, if you cut it to make it "fit", fray the cord, or use it for some unintended purpose, you could create a serious problem.

Follow up: Used with Schultz Rooting hormone (Amazon). First bud break appeared in 15 days in spite of variable weather (actually a little too soon, I was hoping for an additional week or two to allow for root development, and had "tented" the top of the frame to keep the buds cool - five-star products in the hands of a three-star gardener).
