Plaque looks great and glass is nice. A a weather instrument it really works well. Problem is that the glass is designed poorly and the water that comes out of the spout with approaching low pressure dribbles out onto the floor. The water is supposed to come out of spout and run down the side, drip off the glass ball on bottom and land in a catch bowl. It doesn't. It flows down and catches on the poor glass blowing area and drips off there instead, landing on the floor. I'm afraid it will make a blue patch on my carpet.
