I was very excited to get this weir... looked good. Went to the local store and picked up the 1.5 male adapter... ready to go, right? Nope, the 1.5 was way to large. OK so my memory was wrong, went back and picked up a 1.25 & a one inch.... ready to go right? NOPE, the 1.25 will not thread properly, not with tape, not without tape... no go. So I did the neanderthal thing, forced it on and glued the threads together. As of now it sits, glued together and I hope against hope that it won't leak when I test it next. I will update later.
