The mold itself is 5 star quality. The detail is amazing! However if you're not a molding pro you may find it impossible (as I did) to make anything from it. There are no instructions included as to what (if any) mold release you should use, what recipe you should use i you want to cast from concrete/mortar or anything else. I tried every recipe I could find via google and ended up with a pile of broken pieces and loads of leftover materials. Due to the lack of recipe every batch I made came out a different color and texture, but every one of them shattered when being removed. There seemed no need for mold release the first 4 times, but after that it became obvious the bricks weren't coming out without a fight. My guess is you need a mold release and experience with molding to make this worth purchasing. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Rubber Mold. Concrete Veneer Paver.
