I was surprised that the art glass ball I got did not look anything like the one pictured. There were only a few colors, mostly purple and the tree inside also was only purple and less than half as thick as the one shown. The color was washed out and even though I kept it I am left not knowing if I will buy any more of this brand. When options are offered based on combination of color they should resemble to some degree what was shown. The first ball I ordered did not arrive in almost 3 weeks time so Customer service sent a second which came in a few days and on the same day the missing first ordered ball arrived.. The first ordered one was nicer but broken so it went back ,although it had the same weak mostly purple color but a nicer tree inside. Fedex never admitted that there was anything wrong with taking 3 weeks to deliver and gave out a series of conflicting reports of where the box was during that time.They never delivered my box, the post office did. And worse yet no one knew where the box was. Amazon Customer service was great but I do not feel that the glass balls were properly protected for shipping as the box was too small and only bubble wrap around the glass ball .Pressure exerted on the box could and did break the glass. May I say that Fedex smart label should be renamed stupid label.
