I have a large yard with multiple garden areas. Dragging a couple of 100 ft hoses was very difficult for me so on the recommendation of a friend, I bit the bullet and bought several of the Water Right slim hoses. I am so happy that I did - they make watering a breeze!!
They coil up beautifully once you get the hang of it. I can even reel them in on my wall mounted hose reel, which I was physically unable to do with the long conventional hoses.
Be aware that the hose material kinda sticks to itself at 1st. I researched this issue via the manufacturer and was told to leave them extended and under pressure for a few hours, and then from repeated use, dirt and exposure would resolve the issue - AND IT DID. I am a Master Gardener and also design gardens for others. I have recommended this hose to all my clients and most have purchased them and are as delighted as I am. They are so slim that you can even mow right over them.
The ID is smaller than a conventional hose which reduces the pressure. The reduced pressure is not a problem when used to water plants and for most hosing off projects. I suspect that it might be an issue for use with a power washer.

2 Pot Easy 2 Grow Kit with Reservoir Review

I have had this system for 3 growing seasons now. I am a fan! You plant/transplant the seedlings in any dirt, compost, perlite etc, then just keep the reservoir full and watch it grow. I have had several small hydroponic systems over the years and this is by far the easiest. Mine is outdoors, in the vegetable garden. I can see side by side comparison with the tomato and peppers that are planted in the ground. The auto pot plants are dense, deep green, and loaded with little tomatoes and peppers (not yet ripe in mid July as I live in the mountains with a late start season-we had a hard freeze on June 2!) The plants are so full, they are growing into each other. Last year there were 27 bell peppers on one plant. I use a hydroponic nutrient so the auto pot plants get exactly what they need without wasting water and fertilizer. Be sure you check the water level in the reservoir (its like a big waste basket)and the float at least every few days to be sure it is working. In hot weather, the water level goes down faster. The reservoir only needs to be a few inches higher than the pots. I have alkaline water and I have to remove blockage in the tubing a once or twice a season. Oh yeah, there are 2 little frogs that live in the float compartment, so I dont snap it down tight. Go to the auto pot website, they have videos on how to set this system up and about how auto pots are used in dry desert third world areas to conserve water. This would be a great system if you have to garden on a balcony.

My Neighbor bought this model about 15 years ago. recently mine cheap spreader bit the dust and I started borrowing his Ev-n-Spred spreader... then it tore up.

So being that his lasted 15 years, I bought another from amazon. The exact same model. All i have to say is the one that just came in the mail has lots of plastic parts like the gear box, and other parts, and the metal parts are way thinner than the previous version. There is no way this thing will ever come close to lasting 15 years.

The thing was like a jigsaw puzzle to put together, and took about 40 minutes for me and im good at putting things together. The quality is about 6.5 on a scale of 1-10. I feel like it will last a few years at least. I used it today and it spread fine, the operation is smooth. My only concern is the inferior quality parts that were used to build it.
