I originally purchased this pool ladder because it has a platform as the last step crossing over the inflated pool ring. The ladder that came with the pool wasn't of the same design and could allow someone to fall in between the ladder and pool causing possible injuries or worse depending on the age of the child. The ladder I ordered from this company is depicted in the picture but in actuality is identical to the piece of junk i originally had. The ladder pictured is what I was supposed to get but this company shipped the wrong one. No big deal really but after several phone calls and an email the seller is pretty much ignoring me and the issue of the wrong item being shipped. Now I have 2 crappy ladders for my pool and the same problem I started out with. Good luck buying from this seller.
