We installed several in our driveway last year (we live in Miami), a large rectangle and a couple of smaller triangles. The best way to install them is by using a ratcheting tie down for the last corner, otherwise it won't be tight enough and the rain will pool and stretch it out.

Worked great the first year but now they are moldy, we washed them as per instructions and no difference was made, they are still moldy. Another problem is that they are no longer water-proof, water drips down liberally through all the seems.

Summary, they are good for temporary use only, otherwise be prepared to replace them on a yearly basis. We're now shopping for a more-expensive commercial grade shade.
