Intex 57469EP Surf 'N Slide Review

I hesitated to buy this product without any reviews but decided to take a chance since we are having an 'end of first grade' party in our backyard and I am trying to create a waterpark. I had my 7 year old daughter and her friend test it out tonight and they loved it! Our 2 year old neighbor stopped by and had a blast with it (but needed assistance). I don't think the product would be as fun for an older and/or taller kid (my daughter is 4 ft tall) as the slide is only about 14 feet in length. I only gave it 4 stars for durability because this is the first day we used it. I would've liked it to be a little cheaper but after seeing everyone have such a great time, it was worth it!

HAIR SALON (Pink) Feather Banner Flag Kit (Flag, Pole, & Ground Mt) Review

The flag is huge and great promotional item. it eliminated my regular sign that no one saw. Love the colors, all purple would be awesome...The ONLY issue is that the flag blew off the pole with the wind. I was hoping there would be something to close the bottom or at least clip on it so it would not slide up and off.

New MTN Gearsmith Deluxe 13' Outdoor Patio Beach Garden Umbrella Shade with Crank and Air Vent Red Red Review

First of all this is a nicely made very large patio umbrella with the advantage of opening it with a crank. The problem is the screw on extension part of the post below the crank is way too short to use with a standard high patio table. This screw on part is 22 inches. Which means the umbrella post will not go through the center hole in the table and reach the deck below or very far into a stand. This additional screw on part of the post to work with a standard height table needs to be at least 32 inches long to 36 inches long. This is the length of most umbrella post extension tubes.

This umbrella will work as a stand-alone one with a good heavy base. It would also work with a low table that is not more than 18 to 20 inches high.

The seller of this umbrella was cooperative in accepting it as a return and in discussing my problem via emails. However, the bottom line is I was out $20.00 to ship it to me from the seller, and it cost another $32.00 to ship it back to the seller. This little trial and error experience cost me $52.00. This would not have happened if the length of the screw on post extension had of been noted in the specifications on Amazon for this umbrella. If it had of been, I would not have ordered this umbrella. So the bottom line is, take due notice thereof, and govern your self-accordingly. It may save you $52.00 and a trip to UPS.

California Umbrella 9-Feet Aluminum Tilt Market Umbrella with Black Pole, Red Review

I read many reviews on several brands before I bought this. The umbrella is really awesome. Better than I thought, not having an umbrella for many years. The fabric is heavy duty and very stylish. Wish this heather color was the same price as the Hunter Green but nun the less this is worth the price.

I bought the black base from HD and got the black pole with this umbrella. They look like they were made together. Exact match. I read a review about finding the tilt mechanism. It took me a few seconds to figure it out. Maybe I just got lucky. The way this tilts is really trick. It does not have settings. You twist the cuff continuously to get the exact tilt you want. The crank is very sturdy and and has a quality feel.

I set this up. Looked at it. Opened it and closed it a few times. Tilted it a few times. And closed it. Went in the house and a storm came through....like 5 minutes later. Enough wind to knock over and move 3 wrought iron patio chairs. The wind also caught the umbrella and the table. It was enough to actually move the table a few feet. A heavy 8' table with glass top. The umbrella came out unscathed. Usually my luck would have been that it would have snapped, dented my grill on the way to the neighbors house, and impaled their dog. But not today. Thanks for building a quality product
